Be sure to replace "at" with "@" when putting them into your safe list, and include no spaces! (Order processing uses a number of external and internal systems, and it is important that none of them are blocked.)

After you have set your mailbox to accept the above addresses, try your request again. For orders, prepare your mailbox to accept our addresses, then use this link to ask us to resend the digital product you purchased.

If you are using a COMCAST or EARTHLINK address, your box is nearly bullet-proof, even when our addresses have been "whitelisted". Try using a different email address or contact your internet service provider.
