It will become public domain in about 70 more years.
"Can I put the file on MY server?"
No. The Jackrabbit Factor ebook file we create for you will remain on OUR server, but you will be given a unique URL to access it however you choose. You may create a form to collect names and deliver it in an autoresponder, you can mention the URL in your emails, autoresponders, website, blog, or anywhere you like. You can save it to your computer and pass it around as an attachment to your email. But you MAY NOT save the file to a server.
"Will Mine Be the Only Ad Listed?"
No. Ads related to our other products, services, and affiliations will be listed with yours, but yours will be the only Sponsored Ad. "Will People Be Able to Receive My Version Through JackrabbitFactor.com?"
No. We will continue to provide our generic version through our website(s). Your version will be obtained by others through a delivery system on your website, or through your own email contact list. After your contacts begin to circulate it, the location of its origin will become less and less relevant. It is entirely possible and expected that some sponsored versions will receive more exposure than even our own.
"Do I Have to Own a Website?"
No. But in time it would be a good idea to have one, because physical contact information in your ad such as a physical address or phone numbers are generally more subject to change over time, depending on how well established you are in business. If you do not have a website, you can list your email address. You can list a website that you obtain today (less than $20/year at GoDaddy.com, for example), and then build it when you're ready. It is not catastrophic to miss out on some leads for the first few weeks, because your greatest exposure is going to happen beyond that time. "Is There a Guarantee?"
The Universe operates in a lawful manner.
